Poet Richard Wilbur discussed his passion for translating Molière with Dana Gioia before a live studio audience at WNYC’s The Greene Space on May 3, at an event celebrating TCG Books’ new series of Wilbur translations and LA Theatre Works’ audio theatre collection of Molière works.
The evening, which was attended by over 100 people, included performances by Richard Easton, Emily Bergl, and Hamish Linklater of selections from Molière’s classic farces.
