In these ever-evolving times, the daily challenges facing theatre professionals can seem insurmountable. To better equip theatre staff and trustees to respond to these challenges, TCG is pleased to offer four separate teleconferences beginning in February. There are no set expectations for the outcome of the teleconferences; we offer them only to provide an opportunity to share information, discuss strategies and solutions and develop a national network of colleagues who can continue to call upon one another long after the teleconferences are finished. This is a chance to connect to a national network of peers, to further professional development and to discuss new approaches to today’s most critical challenges. Don’t miss this strategic opportunity!

Agendas for theatre professionals teleconference series are developed from the issues of greatest importance to the participants. To provide maximum benefit with minimal time commitment, the teleconference series is comprised of four or five one hour-long telephone discussions — one per track each month, with a different central topic for each session. Moderators will prepare a list with a broad range of potential topics and participants will vote on the topics to discuss. A fee of $75 will cover the technical costs of your participation.

Please review the dates for each series before making a commitment to participate. Once you have agreed to become parvt of the group, it is very important that you “attend” all of the meetings. Only one person per theatre may register for each series, and registration is open only to staff and trustees (for the trustee series) at TCG member theatres. Please register early as space is very limited and places are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
