How can we step off the assembly line of play production and create truly innovative work?
To further focus our time at the 2013 TCG National Conference: Learn Do Teach in Dallas together, we’ll organize breakout, affinity and plenary sessions into focused programmatic arcs. While attendees will be free to roam among sessions, these arcs will offer a deep dive into these key areas—a “conference within the Conference” that captures the intimacy of our smaller convenings.
The Artistic Innovation arc was inspired by Howard Shalwitz’s keynote address at the 2012 National Conference: Model the Movement in Boston…so who better to curate and lead this arc than Howard himself? Want to Learn the best practices of documentary theatre? Teach how to fully integrate designers into the generative process? Change how the field structures artistic research and development? This is the arc to Do it. Register before April 15 to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount!
