TCG is now accepting applications for MetLife/TCG A-ha! Program: Think It, Do It.This grant program supports theatres to dare to try new approaches to problem-solving artistic, managerial, production and/or technological challenges-to try things the organization doesn’t and couldn’t normally do. The MetLife/TCG A-ha! Program encourages theatres to create programs that will have far-reaching effects in helping organizations do their best work. This program for TCG Member Theatres supports creative thinking and action in two ways:
Think It grants($25,000) give theatre professionals the time and space for research and development
Do It grants($50,000) support the implementation and testing of new ideas
To assist applicants on their A-ha! proposals, TCG will be holding an information session on Wednesday February 26 at 4:00PM EST. During the session, we will go over the program and its two initiatives. We will also look at the eligibility requirements, the criteria used by our panels to make selections and the guidelines for submitting applications. We will also address some frequently asked questions and open up the conversation to answer any specific questions you may have.
This session will happen via teleconference and is free to attend. Attendance is not a requirement to submit an application.
