TCG held a celebration for An Ideal Theater: Founding Visions for a New American Art at New Dramatists on February 26, 2014, with remarks by Terry Nemeth, publisher, TCG; Caridad Svich, playwright and founder of NoPassport theatre alliance and press and Todd London, editor of An Ideal Theater, author of The Importance of Staying Earnest and artistic director, New Dramatists; as well as readings by Karen Hartman, playwright; Philip Himberg, artistic director, Sundance Institute Theatre Program; Daniel Alexander Jones, artist and Dael Orlandersmith, playwright.
